Litschau, tjekkisk: Ličov, er en bykommune med 2138 indbyggere i distriktet Gmünd i Niederösterreich. Det er den nordligste by i Østrig. Som vartegn for byen betragtes det gamle slotsur – også kaldet Hungerturm. Siden 2007 er Litschau en kurby. Litschau ligger i det niederøsterrigske Waldviertel i dalen ved Reißbach på 531 m o.h., cirka 5–10 km fra den tjekkiske grænse. Ikke mindst på grund af vandene Herrensee og Schönauer Teich er Litschau især om sommeren et turiststed, der reklamerer for familier som feriegæster.
