Den mest nylige del er en 400 MW kombineret cyklus gasenhed, der blev taget i drift i 2009. Det var planlagt at medføre den øjeblikkelige nedlukning af den gamle 66 MW kulenhed, såvel som en ældre gasenhed, men lave kulpriser i 2013 har i stedet ført til beslutningen om at stille den i bero kort tid efter færdiggørelsen.
