Steyr ; Central Bavarian: Steia) er en lovgivningsby, beliggende i den østrigske delstat Oberösterreich. Det er den administrative hovedstad, mens det ikke er en del af Steyr-Land-distriktet. Steyr er Østrigs 12. mest befolkede by og den 3. største by i Oberösterreich. Byen har en lang historie som et produktionscenter og har givet sit navn til flere producenter, der har hovedkontor der, såsom det tidligere Steyr-Daimler-Puch-konglomerat og dets efterfølger Steyr Motors.
