Helfbrunn er et østrigsk Mariavallested med valfartskirken Maria Helfbrunn. Helfbrunn ligger i landsbyen Ratschendorf, kommune Deutsch Goritz, distrikt Südoststeiermark. Kirken er den eneste valfartskirke i distriktet.
Maria Himmelfartsdag den 15. august og Marias fødselsdag den 8. september er hovedvalfartsdagene. Fra maj til og med oktober finder der hver 13. dag i måneden om aftenen en Fátimagudstjeneste sted. I maj afholdes desuden aftensbønner på søndage, helligdage og tirsdage. Af og til er der også dåb eller bryllupper i Helfbrunns kirke. Ellers besøges stedet privat af pilgrimme.
