Den 1558 m høje Piller Höh forbinder Upper Inn-dalen med Pitztal. Øverst ligger et naturhus og Gacher Blick: en betonbygning med en overhæng over Inn-dalen, fra hvilken man har en smuk udsigt over omgivelserne.
Toppen kan nås på fire ruter:
fra øst fra Wenns, den mindst stejl side, to muligheder fra Fließ, og til sidst fra Prutz.
De to opstigninger fra Fließ er de stejleste (op til 15% og den gamle vestlige opstigning endda op til 20%).
