Station Eichem er en jernbanestation langs jernbanelinje 90 i Appelterre-Eichem, en delkommune i byen Ninove. Det er en station uden billetluger.
Stationen ligger ca. 500 meter fra Eichem, en landsby i den Ninoviske delkommune Appelterre-Eichem. Eichem har aldrig haft en stationsbygning, hvilket også ses ved, at Station Eichem ikke har fået nogen telegrafisk kode. Med kun 75 rejsende på en gennemsnitlig hverdag er Eichem en af de mindste stationer i Flandern. På trods af den begrænsede størrelse betjenes den også i weekenderne.
