Den kollegiale kirke St. Peter og St. Guido er en romersk-katolsk kollegial kirke beliggende i centrum af Anderlecht, en kommune i Bruxelles. Den er viet til Sankt Guy, skytshelgen for Anderlecht, og blev bygget mellem det 14. og 16. århundrede i brabantisk gotisk stil. Dens neo-gotiske spire stammer fra det 19. århundrede.
Kirken ligger på den nordlige side af Place de la Vaillance/Dapperheidsplein, ikke langt fra Erasmus House, det gamle Beguinage i Anderlecht og Constant Vanden Stock Stadium. Dette sted betjenes af Saint Guidon/Sint Guido metrostation på linje 5 af Bruxelles metro.
