Sint-Janshospitalet er en historisk bygning i byen Damme i den belgiske provins Vestflandern, beliggende på Kirkegade 33 og Burggade 2-4.
Hospitalet blev grundlagt på initiativ af bystyret i første halvdel af det 13. århundrede. Initiativet fik støtte fra grevinde Margaretha II af Flandern. Den ældste omtale er fra 1249. Fattige syge og forbipasserende blev her plejet af augustinske hospitalbrødre og -søstre. Oprindeligt blev hospitalet omtalt som Domus Beate Marie, senere blev det viet til Johannes Døberen og endnu senere til Sankt Johannes Evangelisten.
