Sankt Nikolas Kirke er den katolske hovedkirke i den belgiske by Eupen, beliggende på Kirchgasse i den øvre by.
I 1213 blev en kapel dedikeret til Sankt Nikolaus nævnt i Annales Rodenses i Eupen, som var underlagt sognet i Baelen. I det 14. eller 15. århundrede blev der bygget en gotisk kirke, og i 1695 blev Eupen en selvstændig sognekirke. I 1707 blev der oprettet en præstegård.
