Café Modern blev i 2009 valgt som "Sjoveste Café" i Flandern i programmet Vlaanderen Vakantieland. Og med god grund. Dette café og spisested blev indrettet i den gamle skole i Teuven. Meget af den gamle skole er bevaret. Tavlerne hænger stadig i spisesalen, toiletrummene er stadig i autentisk stil, og på legepladsen er der lavet en terrasse.
