Kraainem er en by og facilitetskommune i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant. Kraainem grænser op til Bruxelles Hovedstadsområde og er derfor, som del af Bruxelles agglomeration, stærkt urbaniseret og frankificeret. Kommunen har over 13.000 indbyggere og er beliggende ved bifloden Woluwe. Indbyggerne i Kraainem kaldes Kraainemmaars, og deres dialekt er Kraainems. Stedet betegnes ofte af fransktalende som Crainhem, selvom den officielle stavemåde på fransk også er Kraainem.
