Charneux er en landsby i den belgiske provins Liège, der tilhører kommunen Herve. I landsbyen findes St-Sébastienkirken og en trekantet plads.
Indtil ophævelsen af hertugdømmet Limburg hørte Charneux til den Limburgske højbank Herve. Ligesom resten af hertugdømmet blev Charneux ved annekteringen af de sydlige Nederlande af den Franske Republik i 1795 indlemmet i det dengang dannede Ourthedepartement.
