Sint-Martens-Latem, ofte i regionen ofte forkortet til Latem, er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins Østflandern. Kommunen ligger ved Leie-floden og har over 8.000 indbyggere, som kaldes Latemner.
Kommunen betegnes som en 'kunstnerkommune', fordi mange kunstnere fandt deres inspiration langs bredden af Leie. I dag er kommunen dog mere kendt for sine prangende villaer; Sint-Martens-Latem betragtes som en af de mest velstående kommuner i Belgien.
