Oostakker er en landsby i den belgiske provins Oost-Vlaanderen og en bydel i Gent. Oostakker ligger lidt nordøst for byens centrum, nær det gjentiske havneområde, på højre bred af kanalen Gent-Terneuzen. Stedet er især kendt på grund af valfartsstedet Oostakker-Lourdes. Bydelen havde ved udgangen af 2020 14.147 indbyggere.
