Diets-Heur er en landsby i den belgiske provins Limburg og en delkommune af Tongeren. Delkommunen har et areal på 3,96 km² og havde 362 indbyggere i 2017. Diets-Heur blev første gang nævnt i 1258 som Eure, også kendt som: Ora Teutonica. Betydningen af Eure er ukendt, og forstavelsen Diets henviser til: et germansk sprog, som nu er hollandsk, i modsætning til Heure-le-Romain, der ligger 15 km længere væk i kommunen Oupeye, hvor et romansk sprog, som nu er fransk, tales.
