Heuvelland er en belgisk kommune i regionen Flandern med 7926 indbyggere. Den har ikke nogen egentlig bykerne, men består af de otte bydele Kemmel, Wijtschate samt De Klijte, Dranouter, Loker, Nieuwkerke, Westouter og Wulvergem. Kommunen ligger i den sydlige del af Vestflandern og grænser op til Frankrig. Ypern ligger ni kilometer nordøstligt, den franske storby Lille 22 kilometer sydøstligt, Kortrijk 30 kilometer østligt, Brugge 55 kilometer nord-nordøstligt, Gent 68 kilometer nordøstligt og Bruxelles godt 107 kilometer østligt.
