Station Antwerpen-Centraal er den centrale station ved Koningin Astridpladsen i Antwerpen. Fra 1873 til begyndelsen af 2007 var det en endestation, hvor alle tog måtte vende deres kørselsretning. Den 23. marts 2007 blev der åbnet en tunnel med to gennemgående spor under en del af byen og under stationen.
