Oppuurs er en landsby i den belgiske provins Antwerpen og en delkommune af Puurs-Sint-Amands. Oppuurs var en selvstændig kommune indtil den kommunale sammenlægning i 1977. Den ældste omtale af Oppuurs stammer fra 1414. Denne nævnte navnet Oppuedersel. Familien Van der Calsteren ejede godset i det 15. århundrede. Senere blev Joost Snoy ejer. I 1664 fik det titlen som baroni. Ejendommene blev i 1777 sat til salg af Francois Augustin d'Hangouart og købt af Philippe Ghislain Snoy, hvilket gjorde ham til baron af Oppuurs. Dermed kom familien Snoy igen i besiddelse af Oppuurs. Den 7. maj 1818 blev Idisbalda-Ghislain Snoy udnævnt til borgmester i Oppuurs af kongen.
