Bettenhoven er en by i den belgiske provins Liège og en del af byen Borgworm. Det var en selvstændig kommune, indtil det i sammenlægningen i 1971 blev tilføjet kommunen Borgworm.
Bettenhoven ligger 2 kilometer nordvest for bykernen i Borgworm ved sproggrænsen. Bebyggelsen ligger hovedsageligt i den tæt bebyggede landsbykerne, som ligger mellem vejen fra Borgworm til Gingelom og motorvejen A3/E40. Nord for landsbykernen er Bettenhoven stadig helt landbrugsdomineret med markbrug og kvægavlsvirksomheder.
