Triumfbuen i Jubelparken er et monument, der blev opført i Bruxelles på initiativ af kong Leopold II i anledning af den femtiende årsdag for den belgiske uafhængighed før 1880. Den første række af monumenter er en enkelt bue. I anledning af 75-årsdagen blev komplekset tilpasset, så der blev plads til visse nutidige fortolkninger af finansieringen af metamorfoserne. Den socialdemokratiske politiker Emile Vandervelde skulle have kaldt dem "buerne af de afskårne hænder" midt i parlamentets sal for at kritikere finansieringen af arbejdet med kongolesiske gummipenge.
