Topsporthal Vlaanderen er en facilitet i den belgiske by Ghent. Den blev bygget i forbindelse med de europæiske indendørs atletikmesterskaber i 2000, hvor Ghent var værtsby. Det blev realiseret gennem et offentligt-privat samarbejde mellem den flamske regering, Bloso, det østflamske amtsstyrelse, Flanders Expo og Ghent bystyre. Faciliteterne bliver drevet af Sport Vlaanderen Gent.
