Abbediet af Maagdendale er et cisterciensisk kloster beliggende på Ham i byen Oudenaarde.
Nonnerne fra Maagdendale havde i det 12. århundrede stiftet et kloster i Vloesberg. Den usikre situation blev årsag til, at abbedisse bad Arnulf IV, baron af Pamele, om at få lov til at flytte klosteret til Oudenaarde. I 1233 erhvervede klosterdomenet jorden på den østlige bred af Schelde ved Ham for at bygge et nyt kloster.
