Parken i kommunen Boom ligger mellem gaderne 's Herenbaan, Beukenlaan og Spoorweglaan.
Det er en rest af "Beekbosch".
Oprindeligt ejet af den adelige familie Cardon de Lichtbuer fra Destelbergen, blev under impulsen fra den Boomske skipper Benjamin Haesaerts den 16. juni 1925 den interkommunale "Boomske Beekbosschen Haveby" oprettet.
Medlemmerne af denne forening var provinsen Antwerpen og kommunerne Boom, Niel og Reet. Foreningen købte 29 ha. skov fra ovennævnte familie.
