Intet tyder på, at den lille Hoeke, ved bredden af den daværende Zwingeul, ligesom Damme dengang var en vigtig havneby. Ved broen finder du hotel og bistro Welkom, som værdsætter cyklisten med en ordentlig cykelparkering, cykelkort, cykeludlejning og især også en rummelig terrasse. Der er pandekager, is-sundaes, varm kirsebærtærte og en meget omfattende ølkort. Lukket torsdag.
