Tidligere såkaldt "Hus Cuvelier" grundlagt i 1875 af E. Cuvelier, stenhugger, specialiseret i blå og hvid sten, marmor, skulptur, pejse, gravmonumenter, efterfulgt af sin søn arkitekt Henri Cuvelier (se facadeplade). Indtil 1930'erne med butik. Dobbelthus med tre fag og tre etager under teglstensvalmtag, med ældste kerne og tidligere atelier bagtil, fra slutningen af det 19. århundrede. Listede facade med naturstens beklædning (hvid sten og sten fra Soignies), rektangulært indrammede vinduer og buet port til højre. Til venstre sidefremspring med tidligere butiksvindue. Diamantknopper som pynt på øverste etage.
