Det Universitets Hospital Brussels er hospitalet ved Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Det er knyttet til Fakultetet for Medicin og Farmaci ved VUB og arbejder tæt sammen med Sundhedsafdelingen ved Erasmushogeschool Brussel. Disse tre danner sammen med Health City den Medicinske Campus Jette. Denne ligger i Jette, en af de nitten kommuner i det Bruxelles Hovedstadområde. Hospitalet blev grundlagt i 1977 af VUB ved den drivende kraft af Frans De Pauw.
