Sint-Jan Baptistkirken er sognekirken i Grammene, beliggende ved Koffiebeekstraat og Sint-Janstraat.
Kirken blev første gang nævnt i 1121, da patronatsretten blev givet til Sankt Baafs Kloster i Gent. Kirken lå på en sandbanke nær Leie, og tilhørte sandsynligvis oprindeligt setet for godheden. Det var en enskibet korskirke, som blev ændret i det 16. og 18. århundrede. Kirken havde et ottekantet vesttårn, som sandsynligvis oprindeligt var et krydstårn og stammede fra det 13. århundrede. Kirken blev sat i brand af billedstormere i 1592, og ved genopbygningen omkring 1609 blev tårnet forhøjet.
