Avenue Franklin Roosevelt eller Franklin Rooseveltlaan er en allé i Bruxelles. Den løber parallelt med Bois de la Cambre/Ter Kamerenbos. Mange af husene på alléen stammer fra Anden Verdenskrig. Den er kendt som en af de smukkeste alléer i Bruxelles. Den huser mange ambassader og residencer for ambassadører.
Før 1945 blev alléen kaldt Avenue des Nations/Natiënlaan. Dens navn blev derefter ændret til Avenue Franklin Roosevelt/Franklin Rooseveltlaan til ære for den amerikanske præsident Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
