Dette krigsmonument står ved broen over Ourthe.
Det blev indviet omkring 1920 og er helliget de deporterede og kæmpere fra 1. verdenskrig. Efter 2. verdenskrig blev det udvidet med nye ofre. Det blev restaureret i 2004.
La Roche-en-Ardenne havde relativt lidt at lide under 1. verdenskrig, men fik det meget hårdt at udholde under 2. verdenskrig.
