I Can Hear It består af to horn (lignende gamle grammofoner), rettet mod havet. På en bænk foran hornene sidder en kvinde, der lægger sit øre til lytning. Du kan tage plads ved siden af hende for at lytte til det andet horn. Installationen læner sig gennem utallige detaljer (kvindens tøj, skruerne på hornene osv.) til Art Nouveau-stilen fra beliggenheden af Hotel Bellevue, en tid hvor kysten stadig var en prestige-rekreative zone.
