Bouillon er et turistisk centrum; om sommeren er der meget campingturisme langs floden Semois, der snor sig omkring den gamle bykerne. Byen domineres af det middelalderlige slot af Godfried af Bouillon. Dette ligger i nærheden af Semois. Slottet blev opført i det 8. århundrede. I slutningen af det 11. århundrede (1082) sælger Godfried af Bouillon slottet til prinsbiskoppen af Liège for 3 gyldne mak og 1300 sølvmønter. Med de penge ønsker han at finansiere sit bidrag til det første korstog.
