Bauma er en politisk kommune i distriktet Pfäffikon i kantonen Zürich i Schweiz. Per 1. januar 2015 fusionerede Bauma med kommunen Sternenberg til kommunen Bauma.
Den officielle introduktion af grantræet i kommunevåbenet for den politiske kommune Bauma daterer sig til den 22. maj 1805.
Før dette havde menighedskommunen Bauma et grønt løvtræ med rød stamme i et gyldent felt.
Som kommunevåben blev grantræet i sølvfeltet vedtaget af byrådet på forslag fra den kantonale våbenkommission den 22. marts 1927.
