Seegräben er en landsby og en kommune i distriktet Hinwil i kantonen Zürich i Schweiz. Udover landsbyen Seegräben selv omfatter kommunen også bosætningerne Aathal, Aathal-Seegräben, Aretshalden, Sack, Ottenhausen og Wagenburg.
Seegräben har et areal på 3,8 km2. Af dette areal anvendes 49,9 % til landbrugsformål, mens 15,4 % er dækket af skov. Af den resterende jord er 15,6 % bebygget, og resten er uproduktivt. I 1996 udgjorde boliger og bygninger 10,4 % af det samlede areal, mens transportinfrastruktur udgjorde resten. Af det samlede uproduktive areal udgjorde vand 10,4 % af arealet. Fra 2007 var 12,7 % af det samlede kommunale areal under en eller anden form for byggeri.
