Lessoc er en by og tidligere selvstændig politisk kommune i distriktet Greyerz i kantonen Freiburg i Schweiz. Den 1. januar 2002 fusionerede Lessoc med Neirivue, Albeuve og Montbovon til den nye kommune Haut-Intyamon. Det tidligere tyske navn Lissingen anvendes ikke længere.
Lessoc ligger på 812 m o.h., tolv kilometer syd for distrikts-hovedstaden Bulle. Landsbyen strækker sig let forhøjet på nordsiden af skredkeglen ved Wildbache Torrent i den østlige del af Saanedalen, i Haute-Gruyère, øst for Moléson-kæden. Det tidligere kommunale areal var omkring 14,8 km². Området strakte sig fra Saane, som er dæmmet op vest for landsbyen til søen ved Lessoc, østover over skredkeglen ved Torrent til de tilstødende Freiburg-Alperne med Pointe de Cray og Pra de Cray.
