Filisur er en alpin landsby og tidligere kommune i Albula-regionen i kantonen Graubünden i Schweiz. Landsbyen ligger på en skråning med udsigt mod vest, hvor de to floder Albula/Alvra fra Albula-passet og Landwasser fra Davos mødes. Den 1. januar 2018 fusionerede de tidligere kommuner Bergün/Bravuogn og Filisur til den nye kommune Bergün Filisur.
Filisur har et areal, pr. 2006, på 44,6 km². Af dette areal anvendes 18,1% til landbrugsformål, mens 46,6% er skovklædt. Af resten af jorden er 1,6% bebygget og resten er non-produktiv.
