Amriswil, i den schweizertyske lokaldialekt ældre Ammerschwiil [ˈɑmːərˌʃʋiːl], er en politisk kommune og en by i distriktet Arbon i kantonen Thurgau, Schweiz. Den kommune, der har eksisteret siden 1979, omfatter den tidligere kommune Amriswil samt de tidligere bykommuner Amriswil, Biessenhofen, Oberaach og Räuchlisberg samt Schocherswil siden 1997.
Den urbaniserede industriby ligger i Oberthurgau ved krydset af vejene Winterthur – Arbon og Konstanz – St. Gallen og er betjent af jernbanelinjen Winterthur – Romanshorn. Kommunen består af byerne Amriswil, Oberaach/Biessenhofen, Hagenwil/Räuchlisberg, Schocherswil og Schrofen.
