Mammern er en kommune i Frauenfeld-distriktet i kantonen Thurgau, Schweiz, ved Bodensøen.
Fund fra den neolitiske tid, bronzealderen og den tidlige middelalder viser, at der har været en kontinuerlig bosættelse i området. Den moderne landsby Mammern nævnes første gang i 909 som Manburron, da den blev erhvervet af St. Gallen Kloster. De styrede over Mammern og Neuburg indtil det 12. århundrede. I 1319 pantsatte St. Gallen begge landsbyer til Kastell-familien. Derefter, i 1522, købte Hans Leonhard von Reischach landsbyerne. De blev solgt flere gange i det følgende århundrede, indtil 1621, da Johann Friedrich Thumb gav herrskabet til von Roll-brødrene, som genopbyggede slottet. I 1667 blev herrskabet erhvervet af Wolf Rudolf Reding, som solgte det i 1687 til Rheinau Kloster. Rheinau havde landrettighederne til landsbyen indtil 1798. Fra 1803 til 1992 var Ortsgemeinde Mammern en del af kommunen Steckborn.
