Bottenwil er en kommune i den schweiziske kanton Aargau. Den tilhører distriktet Zofingen, ligger i den øvre Uerkental og grænser op til kantonen Luzern.
Byen ligger i en smal dal ved Uerkes øvre løb, hvor dalbunden ikke er bredere end 250 meter. Bottenwil består af de tre bydele Winkel, Eggen og Vorstatt, som nu er vokset sammen. Ved Eggen afgår den omtrent en kilometer lange Grabental mod vest, som er omgivet af bakkerne Eichstock, Rottannhubel og Bottenstein. Ved Winkel afgår Sulbachtal mod sydøst. Mellem dalene Uerke og Sulbach rejser Buechwald-højen sig på grænsen til kantonen Luzern.
