Möhlin er en kommune i den schweiziske kanton Aargau. Den tilhører distriktet Rheinfelden, ligger vest i regionen Fricktal ved Hochrhein og grænser op til Tyskland samt kantonen Basel-Landschaft. Den med næsten 19 km² arealmæssigt tredjestørste kommune i kantonen tilhører agglomerationen i byen Basel.
Kommunen ligger 19 km øst for Basel i en frugtbar lerflade ved udgangen af Möhlindalen. Den består af delområderne Obermöhlin, Untermöhlin og Riburg. Disse delområder er fuldstændig vokset sammen og strækker sig over en længde af tre og en halv kilometer langs Möhlinbæk. Langs bredden af Rhinen strækker omfattende skove sig. Der lå engang en bosættelse ved navn Rappertshäusern, der blev opgivet i det 17. århundrede og i dag er dækket af vegetation.
