Ardez er en tidligere kommune i distriktet Inn i kantonen Graubünden i det østlige Schweiz. Landsbyen ligger i dalen Lower Engadin. Den 1. januar 2015 blev de tidligere kommuner Ardez, Guarda, Tarasp, Ftan og Sent slået sammen til kommunen Scuol.
Ardez nævnes første gang i 840 som Ardezis. I det 19. århundrede var den kendt under det tyske navn Steinsberg.
