Den Lucerne Jesuit Kirke er en katolsk kirke i Lucerne, Schweiz. Det er den første store barokke kirke bygget i Schweiz nord for Alperne.
Jesuitordenen, grundlagt af Ignatius af Loyola i 1534, var aktive deltagere i modreformationen, den katolske kamp mod fremkomsten af protestantismen. Protestantiske reformatorer som Zwingli i Zürich og Calvin i Genève delte det overvejende katolske Schweiz. Som svar blev jesuitterne kaldt til Lucerne af byrådet i 1573 for at etablere et college. Ludwig Pfyffer, borgmester i Lucerne, tilbød årlig økonomisk støtte til jesuitterne fra sine private midler. Jesuitcollege i Lucerne blev etableret i 1577 i Ritter Palace, en bygning oprindeligt opført i 1557 som bolig for borgmester Lux Ritter.
