Nu er måske en interessant teater, men stenen til venstre for indgangen, den med den grønne belægning, er det, det her handler om. Denne mindesten for Marinus van der Lubbe , blev her i 2000 placeret af to hollandske kunstnere. Der står et fragment af et digt, som denne unge antifascist skrev under tysk fangenskab. Dette kunstværk består i alt af tre identiske sten. Det er samme type sten, som Rigsdaget er bygget af. Et eksemplar befinder sig i Leiden, fødestedet for Van der Lubbe, og den tredje befinder sig i Leipzig, hvor han blev dræbt.
