Bremecker Hammer er et fredet hammerværk i Lüdenscheid, Nordrhein-Westfalen, som i dag huser et museum om smedens håndværkets historie.
Hammaren, der ligger ved den øvre del af Verse nær Lüdenscheid-Brüninghausen, er et tydeligt vidne til jernindustrien fra før- og tidlig industrieltid. Den kan spores tilbage til 1753 og fik sin nuværende byggetype omkring 1880. I 1972 blev hammeren først lukket, men seks år senere blev den genaktiveret. For at holde anlægget driftssikkert blev alle eksisterende værktøjer og maskiner vedligeholdt. I 1980 blev det nu såkaldte smidemuseum Bremecker Hammer i Lüdenscheid åbnet.
