Bramsche [ˈbraːmʃə] er en selvstændig kommune i centrum af Landkreis Osnabrück i Niedersachsen. Den er, efter Melle, den arealmæssigt næststørste by i Landkreis.
Bramsche ligger i Osnabrücker Land ved Hase omkring 15 km nord for Osnabrück og ved Mittellandkanal. Ankumer Höhe ligger i nordvest, den lille højderyg Gehn i vest og natur- og geoparken TERRA.vita i sydøst. Under byen findes Bramscher Pluton.
