Asbach-Sickenberg er en kommune i forvaltningsfællesskabet Uder i det thüringske Landkreis Eichsfeld. Asbach og Sickenberg er to af de få landsbyer i Landkreis Eichsfeld, der ikke tilhører det historiske Eichsfeld.
Asbach-Sickenberg ligger tæt på den hessisk-thüringske grænse i de nordlige skråninger af bjerget Gobert. Gennem Asbach flyder den gamle Hainsbach som en østlig biflod til Werra, der løber forbi det nærliggende Bad Sooden-Allendorf. Sickenberg ligger ovenfor dalen Walse, en anden østlig biflod til Werra.
