Oldenburg i Holsten er en by i Schleswig-Holstein nord for Lübeck i Ostholstein kommune.
Oldenburg ligger mellem Hohwachter Bugt mod vest og Lübecker Bugt mod øst på halvøen Wagrien, knap 50 km nord for Lübeck lige nord for Oldenburger Graven. Tæt ved Oldenburg ligger badebyerne Weißenhäuser Strand, Heiligenhafen, Grömitz og Neustadt i Holsten.
