Porta Westfalica er en mellemby med cirka 37.000 indbyggere i Minden-Lübbecke kommune. Den ligger i den nordøstlige del af Nordrhein-Westfalen, i regionen Ostwestfalen-Lippe mellem Minden og Bielefeld. Den nuværende by opstod i forbindelse med kommunegradsreformen i 1973 ved sammenslutning af 15 kommuner. Byens centrum og administrationssæde fungerer i bydelen Hausberge.
