Herzlake er en medlemskommune i samkommunen Herzlake i Emsland kommune i Niedersachsen.
Herzlake ligger kun lidt nordvest for Ankumer Höhe ved floden Hase, mellem Haselünne og Löningen. Øst for byen afsluttes Hase-indlandsdeltaet med samlingen af den store Hase og Hahnenmoorkanalen som forlængelse af den lille Hase; vest for det udmunder Südradde i Hase.
