Verbandsgemeinde Nassau er en forvaltningsenhed i distriktet Rhein-Lahn-Kreis, i Rheinland-Pfalz, Tyskland. Verbandsgemeinde har sit navn fra hovedbyen Nassau.
En Verbandsgemeinde er en territorial forvaltningskorporation, der består af flere selvstændige byer og kommuner. Verbandsgemeinde overtager en række forvaltningsopgaver fra ortsgemeinden, og de lokale kommuner har på en måde skabt en fælles forvaltning uden at give afkald på den politiske selvstændighed. Verbandsgemeinde har dog sit eget valgte byråd og en borgmester.
