Sukow-Levitzow er en kommune i Landkreis Rostock i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Kommunen administreres af Amt Mecklenburgische Schweiz med sæde i den ikke-amtsanghævende by Teterow. Kommunen blev dannet den 13. juni 2004 ved sammenlægningen af de tidligere selvstændige kommuner Levitzow og Sukow-Marienhof.
Kommunen Sukow-Levitzow nord for Mecklenburgische Schweiz ligger mellem byerne Teterow og Gnoien i et bakket område, der hælder mod syd til den ca. 25 km² store lavland omkring Teterower See. Øst for Sukow-Levitzow løber dalen af den øvre Peene. Den sydøstlige del af kommuneområdet ligger i Naturpark Mecklenburgische Schweiz og Kummerower See.
